Day Rate

£450 per organiser, per day excl. VAT (8 hours, includes free discovery call and full project planning)

We purchase all storage for the project and bring it with us on the day. Storage is itemised and billed at cost price on completion of the project.

Items that are suitable will be taken away to our affiliate charities. We do not remove general waste, charges apply.

£55 exc VAT/hr per organiser | £60 exc VAT/hr for Lucy.

Tip Runs

£100/hr if waste disposal is required.

First 30 mins free; then hourly rate applies. Congestion, ULEZ & parking fees applied.

Storage

Storage is not included in our day rate and is itemised and charged on completion of the project.

Got questions about our pricing? We’ve answered some of the most common ones below to help you feel confident before booking.

Do you only work on a day rate?

Yes, we tend to only work on a day rate as we have found that most spaces require a minimum of 8 hours to be carried out effectively. If, however, the project only requires 7hrs as opposed to 8hrs, the quote will be adjusted accordingly.

You will be invoiced on completion of the project with an invoice for time and an invoice for storage (itemised). You can bank transfer the balance directly to us.

We allow for the first 30 minutes of travel to be free, but our hourly rate is chargeable thereafter. So, if the journey takes 1hr 30 mins in total one way, you will be charged £55 for that journey (for all organisers).

This completely depends on the project and its aims. At OBL, we can expertly guide you on realistic budgets and the best storage to use for your space.

The deposit of £250 is non-refundable, however, if we can move your project to another, mutually agreeable day, we will absolutely try our best.

Absolutely! We offer a 6-8 monthly ‘Refresh Day’, just to give your space a little bit of TLC. Ongoing clients can book in for this early to avoid disappointment.
